Former border guard Sasha Dymov returns to his native village of Kordona after serving time in prison on false charges. There is nothing left of his previous life — his wife left for her best friend, it is impossible to return to law enforcement agencies. A faithful comrade Trofimych comes to the rescue — he takes Dymov under his wing and arranges an auto mechanic in his workshop. It would seem that there is no more peaceful occupation. After the unsuccessful attempt on the life of Baron Wrangel and the death of an intelligence agent, a new cunning plan is being developed to implement the "Crimean Mission". The best agent, Elena Golubovskaya, is appointed to this case. In Crimea, Golubovskaya appears already as El Ferrari - a gifted Italian poet.
