Mtv studios-an announcement. A new show, an installment from ""Making The Band,"" With P. Diddy, making a hip-hop act. Finally-audtitions. As P. Diddy chills on vacation, casting directors and Bad Boy associates watch many different people-rappers, singers, all of it. Some are picked, some sent home. Those picked flew to New York to perform for P. Diddy. He picked his favorites to be trained and turned into stars-then to pick one to be a recording star.
