September's Gold
follows a story set in the shadows of the pandemic about people’s suffering during times of refuge, as they meet those from whom love and solidarity emerge, while confronting those from whom the seeds of exploitation have grown, such as human traffickers who rob refugees of their hopes of living with dignity.
