All his life Enzo knows that he's not good-looking, perhaps the reason why he is the least favorite child. But what his looks cannot compensate, his gorgeous and endowed body make up for it. With their escapades, Enzo falls in love with RJ, but he doesn't know that the latter is already committed to a man named Romer.

The whole town of San Sebastian is enamored to the Gab-Via love team. Gab is the son of the town mayor while Via is the daughter of the provincial governor. But when Kenneth, Gab's best friend, confessed his love for Gab, the latter's world turned upside down. Gab and Kenneth were able to maintain their secret affair for a year until Kenneth's sex video leaks. Their situation becomes worse when Gab got sick and is diagnosed to be HIV-positive.
