The cable-stayed Sutong Bridge, which is still under construction, will span the Yangtze River in Jiangsu Province. Also spanning the Yangtze is the Runyang Bridge, the third longest suspension bridge in the world, which opened in 2005. The Runyang links the cities of Yangzhou and Zhenjiang.
