A Japanese bullet train is threatened with a bomb that will explode automatically if the train slows below 80 km/h, unless a ransom is paid. Police race to find the bombers so the train crew can learn how to defuse the bomb.

Set in a world where the average person has five secrets they’ve never told a living soul; get just one of them, and you have control over its keeper. This somewhat bizarre film about Emergency Medical Technicians or EMTs was produced and distributed by Film Commutators in Hollywood, California. The film dates to a time when ambulance crews were being replaced by paramedics / EMTs, who had sufficient training to make medical decisions and give on-scene care. The film makes a strong argument to decision makers in favor of upgrading from mere ambulance drivers to EMTs.
