Ageha is a shy girl, longing for something new to awaken her creative side. After seeing a performance by an eclectic local theater troupe that performs partially nude, she is offered by the director to come and audition for the next show. The rest of the troupe is far from thrilled for the new addition, and Ageha must learn to perform her part well and fit in with her peers, even if that means sleeping with a couple of them. The director of the show, Ren, begins to develop feelings for Ageha, further complicating the situation. Ageha must decide if the sacrifice is worth the reward, and if the sex is good enough not to quit!

Taking place a short time after "Uncovered: Tales of the Naked Theater Part 1", "Uncovered: Tales of the Naked Theater Part 2" begins during another production from the theater troupe, only they are fully clothed and under new direction. Tsubasa, the director from the previous film, is still hung up on his muse Ageha, who has quit the troupe. Sora, a hot young new member of the group, aims to fill Ageha's shoes and throws herself at Tsubasa. She wants to be as good as Ageha, and will do absolutely anything to get her way. After an inspiring dream, Tsubasa finishes a script he's been working on, and sets out to convince Ageha to come back to the theater, even though her husband has forbade her to do so. Ageha must decide if she loves the theater, and Tsubasa, enough to risk it all and return.

A depressed ex-boxer (Yosuke Kubozuka) self-medicating for the injuries that ended his career finds a stray cat that brightens his day, but she is snatched up by a comical grungy mechanic (Kenji Furuya). Calling each other by the competing names they gave the cat, Maru and Lily, the odd pair is abruptly sucked into a political conspiracy with Saeko (Yui Ichikawa) and her son at the center. Witnessing another injustice in which the economic and social elite prey on the vulnerable, the two strays set off on the road to redemption, or at least peaceful cat ownership. In the silent mountains, surrounded by beautiful mountains on all sides. A man carrying an urn, Iori Kano, appears in front of Mizuki Takahashi, a beautiful woman staring at the fire of a kiln in a humble workshop. Iori is Mizuki's brother-in-law. He has come to inform Mizuki of the death of her mother, Isuzu Kano. For some reason, Mizuki had abandoned her parents' home and was now living a peaceful life with her husband, ceramic artist Tetsuro Takahashi. Iori's appearance cuts through that peace and brings her back to the dark past. Mizuki has been living her life with her past hidden away, but her guilt for Yasuo, her father-in-row, who she had driven to his death, and her love and hate for Isuzu, who she had never reconciled with, lingered deep in her heart. This sense of guilt over her own deeds eventually condemns Mizuki in the form of the ghost of Isuzu, and finally leads her down the path of destruction.

Akane is a very chaste, very conservative nun who is the caretaker of Sabu, an elderly gentleman who is basically comatose. They live alone in a house on the beach, abandoned by Sabu's family who refused to care for him anymore. As if things weren't crazy enough, another two random people show up at the door. Rine is a teacher that has run off with a student of hers, Shinji, and they are looking for a place to hide (and to do bad things to each other). Naked Desire follows these people as they try to survive together away from society, not knowing that detectives are in hot pursuit after Shinji is determined missing by his family. Akane must decide whether to stay true to her faith and remain pure, or give in to her ultimate desires like Kayoko, Rine and Shinji.
