Instigator of the digger’s struggle against the nazi invaders, she is deported in 1942 and involved into the resistance within Ravensbrück’s camp. In 1945, she is designated for being one of the first woman member of parliament in France history, before to fall in oblivion.

Benedicta is a survivor of human trafficking from Nigeria, Mohamed left Guinea at the age of sixteen in the hope of a less precarious life, and Martha and Anibal fled political repression in Honduras.
