A 14-year-old girl is found murdered in the park. As the police suspect a sexually motivated crime, ‘Die Sitte’ is called in - a special squad of the criminal investigation department. Two young crooks steal fabric, which is of course sorely missed. In addition to the former owners, an investigative journalist and a bad cop who smells a windfall are also on their trail.
