In this final installation of the Babayaga’s Bitches series, former wiccan youtubers Barb and Blaire have escaped hell, aided by Satan and the power of their love. Now, they must fulfill their destiny: avenging their former incarnation as a mistreated angel by killing G-d. Live streaming this mission, Barb and Blaire sway the spiritual citizens of the afterlife through empty appeals to progressivism, leading to disastrous results. Grounds, Premises takes the opening scene of Ed Wood's Plan 9 From Outer Space to consider intention and failure. What emerges is a treatise on the creative process with the emphasis on process rather than result. This film was made while teaching a film production course at a castle in the South of the Netherlands, and is dedicated to our fleeting time together.
