Tsukimi Police Station, a hotbed of failed police officers, is being forced to relocate by the female land grabber Kanoko. Mirai, a rookie policewoman assigned to the traffic division of Tsukimi Police Station, is astounded by the station's unconventional misfits, including the chief Kumahachi. While on patrol, Mirai and Hitomi are hit by a mini-patrol car when a half-naked man jumps out in front of them.
