Opening a pub in a dusty dump with virtually no choice. Only one drink, only one dish and only one song. Does that sound like a good idea? In Munich, the city with gastronomic abundance? Probably not. Nevertheless, two casual acquaintances have exactly this business idea and put it into practice in upscale Munich, in the middle of the chic crowd.
