"Crime City Shinjuku" - The Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department's Organized Crime Control Division, commonly known as "Sotai", keeps an eye on the dark side of society. Among them is a special section called the "Guerror Division," which was set up solely for the purpose of making a breakthrough in the investigation. Ushijima (Ryohei Abe) works hard to eliminate the Black Dragon Society, but he is unable to grasp the reality.
