The police question Cemile, a young girl who was taken to the hospital with injuries and found to have alcohol and drugs in her blood, as well as evidence of rape, but they do not believe her. After him are the military, who repress the loyalist peasants with brutality, and a gang of thieves, who want to get a cache of money. Velasquez thin hope of survival is his faithful bodyguard Cobra who may eventually help him escape, or at least get some documents out of the country. But Cobra can not do this alone, and alliances do not seem possible in the midst of a trigger-happy revolution.

Ümran, who does not want to marry Cemil, makes marriage plans with Tayfun, whom she has reunited with. Tayfun had realized that the girl Cemil loves is Ümran. Cemil has no intention of giving up on Ümran.
