Naomi is a teacher who lives with a younger man named Yuzuru. On the day they met, she found him sitting by the side of the road, alone. Naomi felt that he resembled a thrown-away cat, and decided that she couldn't just leave him there. After that, she moved into a bigger house, taught him to study, and spent her meager salary on expenses for the two of them. There was no physical relationship between the two of them. She had simply taken pity on the poor man and given him a home, and now she would watch over him as he began to mature. At least, that was what she'd thought... But even while Yuzuru's wild ways were a source of frustration to her, she found herself falling for his charms... Sometimes she looks back and wonders what she should've done on the day she met him. Onizuka, a former motorcycle gang member turned high-school teacher is assigned to a private academy full of troubled students. The issue at this high school revolves around an exposé-style influencer who has nearly 2 million followers who specializes in exposing and spreading rumors, causing controversies and uproar, regardless of whether the individuals involved are celebrities or ordinary people. Several teachers and students from the academy have been exposed so far, and due to being targeted so frequently, there are rumors circulating within the school that there might be a culprit impersonating the influencer. As a result, students live their school lives while constantly observing each other’s expressions, becoming increasingly suspicious and paranoid.

Do you believe in love after death? On the eve of her 19th birthday, Mizuki (Kuriyama) doesn't have a lot to celebrate about. Her mother recently committed suicide, her stepfamily bothers her, her boyfriend has been cheating on her and her best friend has betrayed her. Hurt and disillusioned, Mizuki runs from everything and is drawn by some unknown force to a dilapidated estate. Deep within the house Mizuki discovers the mysterious Adam (Hyde), playing a hauntingly familiar melody on the guitar. Melancholy and full of secrets, it seems that Adam, and the house, have a strange, irresistible link to Mizuki.
