Edgar borrow's his neighbor's car (mistake no.2) to go haul in his stranded vehicle, and immediately wrecks it. He then goes to buy a replacement car for his neighbor from "Miracle Sam - The Used Car Man" (mistakes no.3 through no.8) and drives off without insurance.
