The film tells the story of Zorro's struggle to protect the Mexican people from the cruel governor Don Alvarez. Governor Don Alvarez is an evil man who oppresses the people and seizes all their property. However, Alberto has changed under the influence of city life and has become overly gentle and sensitive.
