"Blizz" Ballard, summoned by the Homesteaders' League to track down a gang of cattle rustlers, arrives in Paradise Valley. In the saloon, he is taunted by Jerome Garrett, who hopes to intimidate him but is himself beaten in a fight. Ballard, after proving himself by riding an outlaw horse, is taken on at the Gregg ranch. Garrett, in the family's favor and admired by Emily, the judge's daughter, accuses Ballard of being a cattle thief, while his accomplices capture and torture the sheriff.

In her first Talkie, Joan Crawford plays Bingo, a jungle-raised oil heiress, who turns Manhattan upside down in her hunt for Andy McAllister, the man of her dreams. Unfortunately for Bingo, Andy is penniless and refuses to agree to the match until he can provide for the wild, rich girl. Andy's prideful position is more than encouraged by Bingo's Uncle Ben, who seeks to scuttle their love match.

Racing Romance is a 1927 Action film. According to a brief article in the St. Petersburg, FL Evening Independent newspaper, the film was centered in the world of automobile racing. The article also noted that racing sequences in the film were shot at the "world famous Culver City Race track," which referred to the Culver City Speedway, a popular racing venue that opened in mid-Jun 1924 and was located adjacent to Washington Blvd., close to M-G-M and other movie studios. Apparently it's a lost film.
