The project did not hit like a bomb, but over the course of 1993 the Naked Truth virus spread like wildfire and by the summer of 1993 the record was still in the top ten of the album chart. Exit (1997)
Exit is a flashback by a man of fifty. He remembers the moment when, as a young photographer, he was realising an exhibition of his own artistic work when he was unexpectedly commissioned to make a music video. The offer at first seems like the answer to his financial and personal woes, but during the preparations, a childhood trauma he has not come to terms with ensures unexpected complications and everything threatens to turn into a fiasco.

Golden Earring - Five Zero at the Ziggo Dome (2015)
Golden Earring earned a unique place in Dutch and international music history by scoring big single hits with Rock classics Radar Love and Twilight Zone. The men don't have a thing for big celebrations and anniversaries, but for the 50th anniversary an exception was made. By the end of 2015 a large anniversary concert took place at the Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam.

The memorable concert of December 12, 1999, at the Groenoordhallen in Leiden is now available on DVD. For this "Last Blast of the Century," Golden Earring pulled out all the stops. Golden Earring - Live From The Twilight Zone (1984)
The year 1984 was a memorable and exceptionally successful year for Golden Earring. When the lady smiles was released in early February, and became number 1 thanks to the controversial video by Dick Maas, which can be admired in the original version on this DVD. As well as the 3 other historical Dick Maas - Golden Earring videos, by the way. More original and better videos have never been made in the Netherlands. On March 3, the album N.E.W.S. from, (including 'When the lady smiles). That album also hit number 1 and stayed on the album chart for 18 weeks. And on March 7, Golden Earring started its 11th (!) - and in hindsight last - American tour of a total of 38 performances, which the group took to Hawaii.
