The Alien Conspiracy: Grey Skies (2003)

In a not-too-distant future, humankind is caught between two warring factions of aliens: the Greys (who want to annihilate Earth and erase its inhabitants) and the Morphs (who want to preserve the planet and its population for their own selfish means).
