Flying Centipede (1994)

Major casino robberies are repeatedly carried out by a mob headed by a costume villain named, the Flying centipede. The police are desperately trying to track down the villains and inevitable suffer heavy losses. A top police detective named Oyang is called in to solve the case only to discover a collusion between the criminal underworld and the police is at large.
