Not Dead Enough (2005)

Settling into domestic bliss, a woman is thrilled to have found her dream home. But soon enough, she's living a nightmare, haunted by the spirit of a deranged ex-convict who murdered his adulterous wife and stopped short of killing his innocent child before committing suicide.
