After the shocking death of former Seiun-kai chairman, "Oni" Shima Shu (Hiroki Matsukata), Yuuki Mishima (Yuta Sone) takes on the role of Seiun-kai chairman, aiming to expand his clan constructively. Meanwhile, his cousin Atsushi (Junichi Kawamoto), impulsive and violent, continues to keep Kanto on the verge of conflict, though Yuuki manages to avoid war.
