Corky's Hot Ice (2009)

A diamond necklace valued at 15 million dollars is stolen from the Philippine National Treasury and is laundered through San Francisco. A police officer and his young sidekick have been assigned to recover the necklace which proves to be no easy task when the main suspect is a drag queen hiding out in a California drag pageant.
