Babis, who is crazy about rock music, gives a performance with his band "Jelings Band" to his fellow villagers. However, they don't like disco and beat him up. Disappointed, he heads to Athens to become a star. He meets Eva, the daughter of a big hotel owner. Eva starts to like him, unlike her friends who make fun of him.
